How to add a plan to a team
Go to the Directory tab, and click on "Teams."
Find the desired team and click "Manage."
Click on the team's "Membership" tab. If the team has an existing plan, you’ll see it displayed here. If the team does not have any existing plans, none will be listed.
Click on "Add Plan."
Follow the steps for adding a billing plan to a new team listed here, starting at Step 5.
Click "Save" to add the plan.
Prorated plans
When adding a plan to an existing team, you have the option to charge a prorated amount for the time between the current date and the team's first monthly bill date. You can either charge the team immediately for that prorated amount, or add that amount to their next automatically generated invoice.
To charge a prorated amount for a new plan added to an existing team, follow the steps outlined below.
Adding a plan to a membership that already has plans
From the team's "Membership" tab, click the "Add Plan" button underneath the list of the the team's current plans.
In the modal that appears, use the dropdown menu to select the plan you'd like to add.
Under "Would you like to prorate this for the current billing cycle?," turn on the "Prorate" toggle.
Choose whether you'd like to charge the team for the prorated amount immediate, or add it to their next invoice.
Click the "Save" button when finished.
Adding a plan to a membership with no existing plans
From the team's "Membership" tab, click the "Add Plan" button.
Select the plan you'd like to add, and set the number of booking hours, membership start date, and monthly bill date.
In the "Will you prorate" section, choose to charge a prorated amount.
Click the "Save Team Membership" button when finished. The team will be charged this prorated amount immediately.
