Anyone who has access to the member mobile app and has an active account in a community can reset their password through the member app.
How to reset your password through the mobile app
On the Login screen, press the "Reset Password" button underneath the "Log In" button.
Enter the email address to send the password recovery instructions to. Make sure it's an email address you have readily available access to. Press "Send Reset Password," and an email will be sent to your inbox with a link to reset your password.
Follow the instructions in the email and click the "Reset Password" link.
Note: Always be sure to only reset your password if YOU or your manager have requested the reset.
You'll be taken to secure page in the browser where you can reset your password.
Once your password is reset, go back to the member mobile app and log in with your new credentials.
