How to add a custom recurring fee or tax to an invoice

You can add custom fees to invoices to support things such as sales tax or VAT. Custom fees are percentage-based and will be automatically applied to all invoices once you've set them up for your community.

Note: Enabling custom fees will apply those fees to every invoice generated.

How to enable Custom Fees

  1. Click the Community tab.

  2. Click the "Billing" option on the left.

  3. Scroll down to "Custom Invoice Fees."

  4. Enter a name and percentage for the custom fee (example: Sales Tax of 9%).

    You can add up to 3 custom invoice fees for your community. Please note that these fees will be added to every invoice generated.

  5. Click "Save" to save your changes.
