When a member is trying to add their payment information on the app, they may get the error message "Cannot add card. See manager." This may happen for coworking spaces that have more than one campus in their member mobile app.
To solve this, make sure the member is logged in to the correct campus in their member mobile app.
Click the white rectangle in the top left corner of the app.
Choose the correct campus.
Click the Me tab in the bottom right corner and then select Billing to input payment information. This should solve the issue!
If the member is still not able to put their payment information in, please contact our Support team with a screenshot of the error message.
