When you try to upload an image, does it look like this?
You might need to turn off a pop-up blocker and whitelist this URL: dashboard.coworksapp.com to allow all popups from Coworks.
For Firefox, follow these directions:
On your computer, open Firefox.
Click the Menu icon at the top right corner of your browser.
Click Settings.
Click the Privacy & Security panel on the left.
Scroll down to the Permissions section to Block pop-up windows and click Exceptions.
Type dashboard.coworksapp.com and click Allow.
Click Save Changes.
For Google Chrome, follow these directions:
On your computer, open Chrome
Login to your Coworks account.
In the address bar, click Pop-up blocked.
Click the link for the pop-up you want to see.
To always see pop-ups for the site, select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from dashboard.coworksapp.com.
After changing your browser settings, try uploading or cropping the photo again.
