How do I add addresses to invoices?

How to add mailing addresses for members and contacts to invoices for VAT and other reimbursement purposes

Some members or guests may ask for their mailing address to appear on their invoice so that they can use it for VAT and other reimbursement purposes.

You can now add their mailing address in Coworks.

For members, remember that billing is done at the Team level, so you will actually be adding an address for the team, instead of the specific member.

How to add an address for a team

  1. Click the Directory tab.

  2. Select "Teams."

  3. Choose the team you want to add an address to.

  4. Click the "Edit" button.

  5. Scroll down to "Billing Address" and click the triangle.

  6. Input the team's address and click "Update."
    ​​

Success! Now you will see the team's address on future invoices.

How to add an address to a Contact or Lead

  1. Click on the CRM tab.

  2. Choose the contact or lead you want to add an address to.

  3. Click the "Edit" button.
    ​​

  4. Scroll down to "Billing Address" and click on the triangle.

  5. Input the address and click "Save."

Success! Now future invoices will have the person's address included.
