Note: In this article, we refer to Doordeck "keys." The equivalent of a "key" in Doordeck is a Coworks "Door Group."
How to set up the Doordeck integration
Go to the Community tab.
Select "Integrations" from the top.
Click "Connect" on the Doordeck integration.
Click "Connect" in the modal.
If you have an existing account with Doordeck, you need to share the keys to your Coworks account.
Copy the code that appears in the box, (see below) as you will need it to continue the setup.
In Doordeck, find the keys you need and click "Share."
Paste in the User ID that you copied into the field.
Click "Continue," and make sure you check "Administrator."
Click "Share."
Now, your doors will show up when you are creating a new member in Coworks.
