Anyone who has access to the mobile app and who has an active account in a community can reset their password through the mobile apps.
On the login screen, press the 'Reset Password' button underneath the Login button
2. Next type in an email address to send the recovery instructions to. Make sure it's an email you have readily available access to. Press "Send Reset Instructions" and an email will arrive in your inbox with a link to reset your password.
3. Follow the instructions in the email and click the "Reset Password"
Note: Always be sure to only reset your password if YOU or your manager has sent reset request in.
4. You'll be taken to secure page in the browser where you can reset your password
5. Once reset, go back to the mobile app and log in with your new credentials!
