Customizing Tags in Coworks

Custom tags will allow you to make your CRM more flexible, reporting more accurate, and your members’ experience more personalized.

What Can I Customize?

Within your Tags settings, you’ll be able to customize:

  • Interested Plan & Lead Status
    Personalize your CRM by setting your own lead statuses and tags for interested plans. This helps your team track leads more effectively.

  • Plan Type
    Add custom plan types to better organize and report on the different types of memberships you offer.

  • Resource Categories
    Group your space’s resources into custom categories. These will show in the member app, helping members more easily find and book what they need.


🛠️ How to Customize Your Tags

  1. Head to your Admin Dashboard.

  2. Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner to open Community Settings.

  3. In the left-hand menu, select Tags.

  4. Choose the tag section you'd like to customize:

    • Interested Plan & Lead Status

    • Plan Type

    • Resource Categories

  5. Add, edit, or remove tags as needed!


💡 Pro Tips

  • Use simple, intuitive names—especially for Resource Categories (these will be visible in the member app).

  • You can update your tags at any time—no need to finalize everything at once.

  • Custom tags can improve both your internal tracking and your member experience.
