Set your Subscription Settings

Note: It's very important to update this setting, because Stripe may automatically cancel memberships if they go unpaid for too long.

  1. Log in to Stripe here and click the Settings gear near the top right.

  2. Under the "Billing" section, click the "Subscriptions and emails" option, or use this direct settings link.

  3. In the "Manage failed payments" section, under "Retry schedule," adjust the settings for Stripe to retry failed payments (Smart Retries or Custom).
Then, make sure the box under "Subscription status" is set to "Leave the subscription past-due."

  4. Click the "Save" button when finished.

  5. Scroll to the "Manage invoices sent to customers" section, and customize your invoice schedule settings.
Then, make sure the box under "Subscription status" is set to "Leave the subscription past-due."

  6. Click the "Save" button when finished.

Happy Coworking!
