Note: The default title of the Membership Request Form is "Request Membership at {Campus Name}." It changes dynamically as the guest uses the campus dropdown to select a campus. To keep that behavior, you should NOT change this field.
How to update the title of the Membership Request Form
Go to the Community tab in the admin dashboard.
Select the "Website Forms" section from the options on the left.
In the "Membership Request Form" section, enter the desired title in the "Form Header Title" field. This will update the default title of the form shown below.
