How do I change the default billing cycle date for my account?

How to change the default bill date for recurring plans and memberships.

Note: Changing the default billing cycle date for your community will not affect existing memberships dates; it will only set the default for when adding new memberships.

How to change the Default Billing Cycle Date

  1. Navigate to the Community tab.

  2. Select the "Billing" section or follow this link.

  3. Use the "Default Billing Cycle Date" dropdown menu to select a date.

    Note: Not all months have 31 days. If the current month is February, for example, and you've selected 31, it will charge on the last billing date of the month, February 28th.

  4. Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page when finished.
