How to store and view documents and files for teams or members

How to upload files and important docs (like lease or membership contracts) and attach them to a member or team's profile

Note: Currently, you can upload up to 5 documents per team in Coworks. Image Files, Microsoft Office Files, and PDF's can all be imported here.

The "Documents" tab is a great way to link important files directly to a team for easy organization and quick access. This is great for storing signed contracts, membership agreements, or other important documentation relevant to a team.

How to add documents or files to a team

  1. Go to the Directory tab.

  2. Click "Teams," find the desired team, and click "Manage."

  3. Go to the team's "Documents" tab. On this page, you can click "Drop your documents here" or drag and drop the desired files into the gray documents zone to upload the files to the team.
    You can upload your files one at a time or you can upload up to 5 all at once.
    ​​

  4. You can click on each file to preview it, and if you wish, you can download the file to your computer.
    ​​

You can delete files by clicking the ‘x’ in the corner, which can be useful if you wish to replace the file with a newer version or different file.

Once you have uploaded your files, towards the bottom of the page, you can add "Notes" to provide more clarification about the files.
