Currently, in order to add a new team to Coworks, you are required to add them on a specific plan.
However, there are many instances where you may not want to actually bill your members (for example, if they pay via check or have a partner or student discount).
To accommodate for this, you can create $0 plans in Coworks. When added to teams by themselves, these plans will result in no charges and no invoices being sent to the customer. This allows you to add them to the system without being required to bill them.
How to add a team without charging them
First, go to the Plans tab in the admin panel and create a New Plan with $0 as the cost

Next, add a new team, and choose to add the Free plan you created
Note: Adding Free Plans to teams will NOT charge them or send them $0 invoices via email.
