How to view which members have deactivated their memberships

Go to the Reports tab in the admin dashboard.

Download the Members report.

Choose "Include inactive members."

Check the report for members whose "Status" is listed as "inactive." There will be a timestamp of when that member deactivated in the "Inactive at" column.
