About the Teams report

The Directory in Coworks lists all of the teams of your community.

You can download a CSV report of these teams from the admin dashboard, which includes important data such as the team's admin, the number of members on each team, when they joined your space, and how many booking hours they've used this month.

How to download the Teams report

  1. Go to the Reports tab in the admin dashboard.

  2. In the "Directory" section, find the "Teams" report and click the "Download" button.

  3. Choose whether you'd like to include inactive teams, internal notes, or default payment source information in the report.

  4. Click the "Request" button when finished. The report will be emailed to the email address associated with your Coworks account.

Important Columns in the Teams report

The Teams report includes all of the data from the teams' profiles in the Directory, and can be used to find particularly important pieces of data, highlighted below.

  • admin_name: The name of the team's admin.

  • member_count: How many members are on the team.

  • joined_at: When the team joined your community.

  • status: If you chose to include inactive teams, the "status" column will be included to show if the team is "Active" or "Inactive."

  • default_payment_source: If you chose to include default payment source information in the report, this column will list the payment source type (credit card or bank account) along with the last 4 digits of the payment source.

  • hours_allowance: How many booking hours the team has included with their membership each month.

  • hours_usage: How many booking hours the team has used this month.

  • notes: If you chose to include notes in the report, any internal notes added to the team's profile will be listed in this column.
