How to download and interpret the CSV report of the contacts in your CRM

About the Contacts report

Coworks has a CRM for storing interested leads and contacts who may want to become members of your space. These contacts can be added manually by your team, or automatically by Coworks when they check-in as a guest or visitor.

You can download a CSV report of these contacts, which includes their contact information and relevant data such as when and how they were added to the CRM.

How to download the Contacts report

  1. Go to the Reports tab in the admin dashboard.

  2. Locate the "CRM" section.

  3. Find the "Contacts" report, and click the "Download" button.

  4. Choose if you'd like to download a report of all the contacts in your community, or filter by a specific campus.

  5. Click "Request" when finished. The report will be emailed to the email address associated with your Coworks account.

Important Columns in the Contacts report

The Contacts report includes all of the data from the contacts' profiles in the CRM, and can be used to find particularly important pieces of data, highlighted below.

  • created_at: This column shows then the contact was created in the system and added to the CRM.

  • created_by: This shows how the contact was added to the CRM, whether they were added manually by your team, or added automatically after creating an External Booking, checking in as a visitor, purchasing a Day Pass, etc.

  • converted_on: If the contact has converted to a member of your space, this column marks when they were converted from a contact to a member.
