How to prorate a team's plan or delay the start of their billing.

How to prorate a team's billing plan

In Coworks you can choose to prorate a team's recurring plan or delay their billing. This can be useful if you want to give a team a free trial of their membership.

For New Teams

To prorate a new team's billing plan, follow the steps listed for adding a plan to a new team here. When you get to Step 8, choose either to prorate or delay billing until the start of the next billing cycle.

For Existing Teams

To prorate a new plan for an existing team, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Directory tab and click on "Teams."

  2. Find the desired team, and click "Manage."

  3. Click on the team's "Membership" tab, and click "Add Plan." You can select the Membership Start Date, and choose if you'd like to prorate the plan.
