Note: The default title of the membership is "Request Membership at Campus Name}." It dynamically changes as the guest changes the campus dropdown. To keep that behavior, you should NOT change this field.
1. Navigate to the Account tab.
2. Select the Settings section.
3. Select the External tab. Or follow this link.
4. Fill in what you want the Membership Request Form Header Title to be, and it will replace the default header title shown below.
