The Coworks Directory tab is the place to go to manage all of your members and teams. We've built some handy sorting and filtering options that make it easier for you to find and organize your data.

Start by clicking the Directory tab in the left hand navigation menu.

Member Sort

In the member list, you can sort by a multitude of options including first name, last name, joined date, email, and title.

Simply click the 'Sort By' option and select which attribute to sort by, and your list will automatically refresh to reflect your sort selection.

By default, sorts are in Ascending order (notice the Up arrow in the selected sort attribute). To swap the sort order, just click same sort option again, and it will switch to the opposite sort direction.

Notice how the arrow switches to a downward direction when in descending order and an up position when in ascending order.

Pro Tip: Sorting by "Join Date" can be a great tool to get a list of recently added members.

Member Filters

In addition to sorting, you can also filter your list to only show relevant results that match your query.

Member Filter Options

  • Group: Filter your members based on which Member Groups they are part of.

  • Has Onboarded: This is a manual feature that allow you to set a custom onboarding status that allows you to manually indicate if a member has completed your internal onboarding requirements. Learn how to use that here.

  • Team Admin: Whether or not a member is the "Team Admin" for their team (the person who manages and receives the team's billing and invoices).

  • Checked In: Whether the member is currently checked in to the space right now.

  • Joined Range: Filter by a date range to see members who joined during that period.

How to Filter Members

Start by clicking the "Filters" button to view the filter options (listed above).

There are several things to point out while filtering. Looking at the photo above, let's walk through the references (boxed in red in the image above).

Ref. 1A and 1B

When choosing a filter option (1.A), it will update your list automatically to only show items that meet that filter criteria (1.B). To clear a filter, just click the 'x' next to the filter option.

Ref. 2

As you select filters, they will appear in your "active filters" list near the top. These are highlighted and located directly next to the filters button (Ref. 2). You can clear them at any point using the "reset" button.

Ref. 3

Finally, as you filter, the results will be limited to members who match your filters. In the example above, we have placed a filter that reduces our total count to 52 members who match the filter. In this example, I am only displaying 15 members, and more will show as I scroll down the page. I may have 100 total members, but when a filter is applied, the results will show members that meet those filter requirements only.

Note: Filters compound on each other. Adding an "Admin" filter and a "checked in" filter will show members who are admins AND currently checked in.

Team Sort and Filter

Just like members list, you can also sort and filter teams by name, team size (how many members), and join date.

Happy Coworking!
