You might be renting a suite to a team and want to allow unlimited additional members to that suite. Or maybe a team has a free membership, and you want to allow additional free members to join that team.

Since there is no money being exchanged, you can eliminate a few steps and share the "Team Invite Link" with the team so they can easily add free team members.

Note: Sharing this link will give the team the ability to add unlimited free team members, so only create and share this link with teams you allow to add free team members.

How to use the Team Invite Link

  1. Go to the Teams tab.

  2. Click on the team you want to create a link for.

  3. Go to the team's "Members" tab.

  4. Click "Invite Link."

  5. Click "Create Link."

  6. Open or copy your link to see what the page looks like.

  7. You'll notice the team's name at the top, and that there is no money exchanged. Remember that this link is only for additional free members. If you'd like a member to join a team and pay for their membership, they will still need to use the Membership Request form.

  8. Share this link with teams who have permission to add free members. Once someone fills out the form, they will receive an automatic email confirming their free membership.

  9. If your account is set up to automatically send the onboarding email to new members, the new member will receive an additional email with the link to the app and their login information. If not, you will need to manually send the onboarding email (or change your onboarding email settings here).
