Ensure your Door Access Control is Integrated
Before you proceed, make sure your preferred Door Access Control is integrated into your Coworks account. This feature is only available for Kisi, Salto, and PDK door access integrations.
If you have not integrated your Door Access Control, please follow the instructions below on how to set up your integration.
After your Door Access Control is integrated into your Coworks account, you are ready to start linking specific door access to your bookable resources.
Each booking party is granted temporary access to this door group for the duration of their booking. This applies to both member and guest bookings. If you want guests to have automatic temporary door access, make sure to enable access control for external bookings.
Linking Door Access to New Bookable Resources
Add all the required information for a new room, scroll down to the "Integrations" section. If your Door Access Control is integrated with Coworks, you will see the option "Enable door group access for member bookings."
Toggle this integration setting on.
Select the correct door access group for the conference room that you previously created in your Door Access Control account.
Click Save to apply the settings.

Adding Conference Room Door Access to a Previously Created Room
If you need to add door access to an already existing conference room, follow these steps:
Head to the created room and click View.
Navigate to the Integrations tab.
Click 'Edit' at the top right-hand corner of the page
Toggle on "Enable door group access for member bookings."
Select the correct door access group that has been previously created in your Door Access Control account.
Click Save to confirm the changes.
Adding this feature ensures that both members and guests can access the conference room doors as needed during their booking time.
