If your members want to see a history of their invoices (paid or unpaid), download receipts, or make payments, they can do so directly in the member mobile app.
Note: Billing information is only available in the app for team admins.
How to find invoices in the member mobile app
The member should log in to their Coworks app on their Android or iOS (Apple) device.
If they forgot their password, they can click on "Forgot Password" on the login screen. (Instructions HERE)They should then click on the Me tab located at the bottom right of the screen.
Click the "Billing" tab near the upper right.
Choose "Invoices" to see a chronological list of all invoices and their status (Paid or Unpaid).
Click on the desired invoice to pay if unpaid, or download the receipt if paid.
