How to edit the Coworks Mobile App Settings in your Manager Dashboard

Choose which tabs to show or hide in the member mobile app.

How to edit your mobile app features

When logging into your Manager Dashboard, you can select all of the tabs that you wish to show in the Coworks member mobile app.

  1. Go to the Community tab in the admin dashboard.

  2. Select the "Mobile" option on the left. From here, you can enable or disable the different tabs within the member mobile app.

  3. Click "Save" when finished.

Enable/Disable tabs

The first four toggles in the mobile settings represent the features available in the member mobile app. You can alter what tabs show in the mobile app for your members by toggling the different tabs on or off. Most clients enable all tabs, but this can be edited to best meet the needs of your business. These tabs correspond to the bottom tabs available in the member mobile app (with the exception of the "Equipment" tab).

Customize the Equipment tab

By default, the Booking tab in the member app will show all of your rooms available for booking. You can also enable the "Equipment" tab, which enables you to provide a separate list of bookable resources that your members can reserve. Traditionally, this is a great tool for Maker Spaces with reservable equipment. However, you can rename this tab and use it for any use case that makes sense for you.

For example, the Equipment tab can be used to group specific bookable areas (like outdoor spaces, desks, etc.) that you'd like to separate from your rooms. Learn more about the Equipment feature here.
