How to Create Resources for Your Members and Community

Use the Resources tab to create custom text documents, links to websites or external files, image-based walkthroughs, and forms.

Our Resource center allows you to create custom text documents, link to websites or other documents, image-based walkthroughs, and custom forms that show up directly in the member mobile app for quick and easy access.

How to set up your Resources page

  • Log in to your Manager Dashboard

  • Navigate to "Resources" in the left hand side navigation.

  • Once on your custom Resources page, you will see "pre-loaded" options here. You can click "Edit" to customize the resources based on your community. Or, if a resources doesn't apply to your community, you can select "Archive" to delete it from your Resources tab.

  • If you'd like to add a new entry, click "New Resource." You'll be presented with 4 Resource types to choose from:

  1. Text - Add a text-only resource to advise your members of certain information, such as the WiFi details for your space.

  2. Image Slides - Present a series of image-based "Slides" to demonstrate things such as how to operate a printer, how to use the coffee machine, Door Access, etc.

  3. Form - Create a custom form to collect information from members that can be sent to the email address of your choice.

  4. Website Link - Link to articles and external information such as Member Terms of Service, Applications, Agreements, etc.

  • Once you have selected the type of New Resource you wish to add, you'll be presented with the options to customize the resource for the members of your community
