How can members add their ACH payment information on Android?

How members can add bank accounts for ACH on their own directly via the mobile app.

Coworks supports two methods of capturing payments: Credit Cards and ACH/Bank Debits. Managers can update those sources directly in the dashboard here. Members can also update their payment sources directly on Android.

Please note this is a 2-step process. For security reasons, Stripe will deposit 2 small amounts of money into your bank account, and you will need to report those 2 amounts in your Coworks app. More on this is below.

How to add a bank account in the member mobile app

  1. Open the Coworks app and click the Me tab in the bottom right.

  2. Click "Billing."
    Note: Only team admins can view the billing tab.


  3. Click "Payment Method."


  4. Click "Bank Account."


  5. Add your bank account information.


  6. Over the next couple of days, Stripe will deposit 2 small amounts of money into your bank account. You will need to input those 2 amounts into your app to successfully link your bank account to Coworks.
