Coworks supports two methods of capturing payments: Credit Cards and ACH/Bank Debits. Managers can update those sources directly in the dashboard here. Members can also update their payment sources directly on Android.
Please note this is a 2-step process. For security reasons, Stripe will deposit 2 small amounts of money into your bank account, and you will need to report those 2 amounts in your Coworks app. More on this is below.
How to add a bank account in the member mobile app
Open the Coworks app and click the Me tab in the bottom right.
Click "Billing."
Note: Only team admins can view the billing tab.
Click "Payment Method."
Click "Bank Account."
Add your bank account information.
Over the next couple of days, Stripe will deposit 2 small amounts of money into your bank account. You will need to input those 2 amounts into your app to successfully link your bank account to Coworks.
