How to customize Transactional Emails

Customize the emails that are sent automatically when someone buys a Day Pass, creates an external booking, RSVPs to an event, etc.

In Coworks, you can automate emails to be sent to members or guests when they make a reservation in your space. You can customize these emails as needed, to ensure the right message is being sent to your customers.

How to edit transactional emails

  1. Click the Settings gear near the top right of the admin dashboard.
    ​​

  2. Select the "Transactional Emails" tab.​

  3. Here you will see the sections for editing emails for Day Passes, External Bookings, and event RSVPs.

  4. Click the "Edit" button next to the email you'd like to customize.​

  5. Enter a From Name and Reply-To Email (defined below), and write the message you want to appear in the body of the email.

    • From Name is the name that will display in the recipients mailbox as the email's sender

    • Reply-To Email is the email address you want recipients to contact if they reply to the email

    • Use the rich text editor to customize the message your members and guests will receive.

  6. Remember to click "Save" when finished.

You can edit transactional emails at any time by repeating the above steps.
