Coworks regularly sends transactional emails triggered by different events in your community. Some emails are sent to members and some are sent to managers in your coworking space.

Day Pass Purchase Notification

Sent to Members and Managers upon successful purchase of a Day Pass.

Member Onboarding

Sent to members after a manager has added (and indicated) that a welcome email be sent to a member, or when a plan signup has occurred (when the plan signup settings are setup to trigger this email).

How to change the "From Name" on your emails

If you'd like to change the name on your emails to state your first and last name or something other than the name of your coworking space, you can configure this in your Settings.

  1. Click the Settings gear near the top right of the screen, and select the "Transactional Emails" option.

  2. Click the "Edit" button to the right, change the "From Name," and click "Save."​

  3. Send a Test Email to yourself so you can confirm this is how you want it to look.
