The Coworks+Brivo integration allows you to create a seamless connection between your Coworks members in the dashboard and issue them access in Brivo. If you have a manual keypad lock on your door, you can still leverage the seamless integration by auto-issuing unique Brivo PIN codes for every member added via Coworks.

Prerequisites: Make sure you've connected your Brivo integration following the steps here.

Setup

To active PIN code generation, go to the Integrations page and find your active Brivo integration. Click "Settings."

From there, turn on the toggle to enable PIN code generation.

How it works

When adding users to Coworks, you are given the option to add them to Brivo and get access to a specific group of doors.

Once the member is added, they will receive a confirmation email letting them know they've been added to Brivo and what their unique PIN will be.

Temporary PIN Codes for DayPass & Ext Bookings

If you have enabled temporary door access for day passes and external bookings, AND have the "Generate PIN for guests" setting enabled, then we will automatically issue temporary PIN codes to those customers.

This means that any guest who purchases a day pass/ext booking will be given a random, unique PIN code that will only be valid during the day of their reservation. Afterwards, that PIN will expire and no longer be usable.

To enable temporary access for Day Passes or External Bookings, follow the instructions here.
If temporary access is enabled, follow the directions here to enable temporary PINs.

Happy Coworking!
