Note: This feature requires an active Kisi integration in your Coworks account. To set that up, read here.

Day Passes are a great way to monetize your space by allowing non-members or guests to purchase a single day in your space.

You can automatically generate temporary access to your Day Pass customers so that they can easily unlock and access your space upon arrival.

Setup

To use this feature, start by going to your Day Pass Settings and editing it to require a date for the day pass.

Important: The integration will not work unless you require a date. This is to ensure the customer only has access to your space for one single day and not unlimited access.

Do not skip this step!

Next, you are going to go to your campus settings. Click the gear in the top right of your header in the Coworks Dashboard to quickly access this setting.

Start by clicking the "Edit" button to change your campus settings.

If you haven't added your Door Place Id from Kisi, add that first so that Coworks knows which doors to pull from. Click "Save" at the bottom of the page and refresh (For info on where to find this read here).

Next, enable the toggle labeled "Enable door group access for Day Pass Purchases." This will automatically send an access link from Kisi to anyone who successfully checks out using your Day Pass page. Be sure to choose which door groups to grant them access to by choosing from the dropdown.

Note that customers will be automatically granted Kisi access during the day of their reservation (24 hours) to ensure they have time to access their booking on time.

By default, customers should receive a link in their email which will have them download Kisi and log in using the email address they used to book the space. Once logged in, they will have temporary access to the space during the time of their booking.
