How to view which teams don't have a payment method on file

Scroll down to the "Active Memberships" report and click "Download."

The report will be sent to the email associated with your Coworks account. After you download the report and open the file, find the "payment_source_type" column. This will show the type of payment source (if any) associated with each plan.

1. Go to the Reports tab.
