When booking rooms, members will receive both email and push notifications at different threshold levels of fulfilling their conference room hour allowance.

When do members get alerted?

Note: If you want you members to receive booking email notifications for every booking, make sure your Member Booking Email Notifications setting is ON. 

< 50% - Less than 50% of allotted hours used, members will receive an email notification (If your Member Booking Email Notifications setting is ON)

> 50% - Greater than or equal to 50% of allotted hours used, members will receive an email notification and a push notification.

> 75% - Greater than or equal to 75% of allotted hours used, members will receive an email notification and a push notification.

> 100% - Greater than or equal to 100% of allotted hours used, members will receive an email notification and a push notification. Managers will also be notified by dashboard notification when teams in your campus have gone over their allowance. You can also view this information by using the Booking Usage Report.
