The Coworks system has always helped you capture new leads. We had received feedback that some of those leads were getting in the way of the leads created by you.
We have renamed the Leads tab to CRM and added all-new filtering, sorting, and functionality. The CRM is broken down into two tabs: Leads and Prospects.
Leads are non-members that either you or the Coworks system has automatically captured through the various marketing forms that we provide (more on those) that are interested in becoming a member of your space. You can mark those leads as cold/warm/hot, leave notes, and ultimately promote them to a member (in the directory) when they are ready to signup!
To Create a New Lead
In the Leads tab, you can manually create a new lead by clicking on the New Lead button in the top right.
Coworks will automatically capture leads and mark them as a lead if they were created by the Frontdesk Tour Form, Membership Form, Tour Form, or through Zapier. These profiles will automatically show up in your Leads tab, otherwise, they will show up in the Prospects tab (more on those in a bit).
Search, Filter, and Sorting
You can now filter your Leads by campus, temperature (cold, warm, or hot), by how the lead was created, or by whether or not the member is active. If you are looking for a specific Lead, you can start typing their name or email in the top search bar to search through the CRM.
Also, sort through you Leads quickly by name, email, how they were created, or when they have been marked a lead with the Sort By drop-down or by clicking the column headers.
Promote a Lead to a Member
To promote a Lead into the Directory, click on the Promote button next to the leads' name that you would like to promote.
By clicking on the drop-down menu next to the promote button you can also promote the lead into an existing team or edit their profile.
Prospects are guests or people that have come in contact with your space, one way or another. Coworks automatically captures prospects when guest checkins are made or guest invoices are sent (more coming soon). This is your catch all contact solution. Once a prospect become a lead, you can convert them to a lead with one click!
Create a New Prospect
In the Prospect tab, you can manually create a new prospect by clicking on the New Prospect button in the top right.
Coworks will automatically capture prospects and mark them as a prospect if they were created through an Invoice or Visitor Checkin.
Promote a Prospect to a Lead
To promote a Prospect into a Lead, click on the drop-down menu next to the prospects' name that you would like to promote. By clicking on the drop-down menu you can mark that prospect as a lead, promote the prospect to a new member, promote them into an existing team, or edit their profile.
