Coworks CRM

With Coworks, you get a built-in CRM to help you stay in contact with potential members.

The CRM stores both "leads" and "contacts."

Leads are people who have directly expressed interest in joining your coworking space as a member.

We let you know how any leads or contacts found your space using different labels.

How Leads are added to the CRM

There are 5 places a person can fill out a form that will automatically put them in your Leads tab.

Tour Request Form

When a person completes the Tour Request Form on your website, their contact information will be automatically stored in the Leads tab of the CRM with the "Tour From" label.

Find the link for the Tour Request Form here, so you can put it on your website and start capturing tour leads.

Membership Request Form

When a person completes the Membership Request Form on your website, their contact information will be automatically stored in the Leads tab of the CRM with the "Membership Form" label.

Find the link for the Membership Request Form here, so you can put it on your website and start capturing membership leads.

Frontdesk Tour Form

If you're already using the front desk tablet to check members in, guests can also use it to schedule a tour. When they complete the "Schedule a Tour" form on the tablet, their contact information is automatically stored in the Leads tab of the CRM with the "Frontdesk Tour Form" label.

Find info on setting up the Frontdesk tablet here so you can start capturing tour request leads.

Dashboard

You can also manually input new leads from the CRM tab. When you manually add a new lead from the dashboard, the new lead will have the "Dashboard" label in the CRM.

Event RSVP

When a non-member registers for an event using the External Event Link, they have the option to click the box letting you know they are interested in becoming a member. Their contact information will be automatically stored in the Leads tab of the CRM with the "Event RSVP" label.

When you create an event in Coworks, you can create a link to share the event on your website or in your newsletter. Find the External Event Link here when you are adding a new event.

Or, if the event has already been created, click on the event in your Calendar and find the link here:

How contacts are added to the CRM

Coworks also stores information in the Contacts tab of the CRM. These are people who have interacted with your space in some capacity but haven't yet directly expressed interest in becoming a member. We store this information because the more this person comes into your space and attends events, the more likely they will turn into a lead and then a paying member.

Day Pass

When a person purchases a day pass, their contact information will be automatically stored in the Contacts tab of the CRM with the "Day Pass" label. If the person seems like a good lead for your space and has expressed interest in joining, you can manually mark them as a lead, which moves them from the Contacts tab to the Leads tab.

Find the link for the Day Pass Form here, so you can put it on your website and start capturing contacts (and soon-to-be leads!) from day pass purchases.

External Booking

When a non-member purchases an external booking in one of your conference rooms, their contact information will be automatically stored in the Contacts tab of the CRM with the "External Booking" label. If the person seems like a good lead for your space and has expressed interest in joining, you can manually mark them as a lead, which moves them from the Contacts tab to the Leads tab.

You can learn more about setting up external bookings here.

Invoice

When a non-member pays a one-off invoice, their contact information will be automatically stored in the Contacts tab of the CRM with the "Invoice" label. If the person seems like a good lead for your space and has expressed interest in joining, you can manually mark them as a lead, which moves them from the Contacts tab to the Leads tab.

Here is an article explaining how to create a one-off invoice.

If you have any questions about the CRM, send us a message in the chatbox on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.

Happy Coworking!
