Below, you will find step-by-step instructions on adding a day pass bundle to a recurring plan and how members will utilize the day passes provided to them within their membership.
Day Passes On Plans
For some recurring memberships, you may want to add a usage-based element. For example, you may want to create a 5 day/week (20 day/month) membership that is a bit cheaper than the "All Access" 24/7 version. This can be a good option if you have the proper systems and operations in place to track daily usage and ensure proper member check-ins (more on that below). We've included a "Day Passes Included" option on plans to help you track/monitor how many days members use your space.
Note: Day passes reset at the beginning of each month and do not roll over.
Adding Day Passes to an Existing Plan
Go to the Coworks Admin Dashboard.
On the left-hand side, click on Plans.
Find the plan you want to update and click View.
Scroll down to the section labeled How many Day Passes are included.
Enter the number of day passes you want to allocate for this plan.
Save your changes!
Adding Day Passes to a New Plan
Go to the Coworks Admin Dashboard.
Click the green button at the top right labeled New Plan.
Fill out the required details for your new plan.
Scroll down to the section labeled How many Day Passes are included.
Enter the number of day passes you want to allocate for this plan.
Adding the Plan to a Team
Once you’ve saved your new or updated plan, you can assign it to a team:
Go to your Directory page.
Select the team to whom you want to assign the plan.
Choose the appropriate plan and add it to the team.
During this step, you can adjust the number of day passes allocated to that specific team if needed.
Viewing and Managing Day Pass Allocations
To view the day passes assigned to a team:
Go to the Directory page.
Select the team you want to view.
Click on the Overview tab.
At the top of the Overview tab, you’ll see:
The number of day passes used by the team.
The number of day passes allocated per month.
This works similarly to viewing allocated booking hours or credits.
Updating Day Pass Allocations for a Team
From the team’s Overview page, scroll down to edit their profile.
Below Allocated Booking Hours or Credits, you’ll find the section for allocated day passes.
Update the number of day passes as needed.

Always remember to save your updates when making changes to ensure everything is recorded correctly!
Redeeming Day Passes For Members
Via Checkin Tablet
Members can automatically redeem their day passes by simply checking in using our front desk check-in tablet. After checking in, we'll redeem a day pass and inform the member on how many they have remaining.
Manual Check-ins
To manually redeem a day pass for a member, you can check them in manually via the dashboard by going to the "Checkins" tab in the dashboard and selecting "New check-in" for that member.
Note: While the check-in tablet is effective at redeeming day passes, please note that you should create the appropriate operational procedures/policies to ensure members are effectively using the check-in system upon entry to the space.
