What Are "Passport Bookings?"

We added the passport feature to allow your members to book space at coworking spaces in your network but outside of your communtiy. Why?

Not only does this allow you and your members to use other coworking spaces, but this is a great way to come together as a community, and to share ideas and resources with one another. Whether you’re visiting another city or just want to check out new coworking spaces, now it’s easy to do so!

Setting Up Your Passport Network

First, let us know that you would like to have this feature available and we will create your "Passport Network" unique to your space.

Any coworking space that uses Coworks can have this feature added to their repertoire. Your members will be able to checkin to an outside passport network, and vice versa!

Click the button below to create your passport network.

Creating Passport Bookings

Navigate to the Calendar tab on the left-hand side and select "New" -> "Passport Booking"

From here you can create a booking as normal, however, the member field is now updated to search across all members in your network. On the right hand side you can see which campus that member is currently based in.

You can create a booking for anyone in your network.

Passport Booking Reports

You can download a history of all passport bookings at any time to help keep track of who from other communities is leveraging your space. The report will contain the booking information, the member, and which campus they originated from.

This is available in the "Reports" tab.
