In this article, we'll show you how you can integrate your room availability (whether a space is booked or available) to a booking aggregator like Liquid Space. Liquid space is an aggregator tool that allows you to list your rooms, desks etc. publicly on their network to generate new leads/reservations.

Liquid Space currently integrates with 2 major calendar tools, GCal and Outlook. Coworks also has a 2 way sync with these tools. Thus, you can use these integrations to sync your calendar availability with Liquid Space by leveraging Outlook or Gcal in the middle. Each time a booking happens in Coworks, we'll tell Gcal/Outlook which in turn tells Liquid space (and vice versa)

To use Gcal, turn on your 2-way calendar sync from within Coworks and map your rooms to a unique Gcal calendar.
