Prerequisites: You must have an active Google Calendar integration setup by following the steps here.
This setting allows you to create, edit, and delete bookings from Google Calendar, and have those booking updates be reflected and pulled in to Coworks automatically.
WARNING: When creating bookings in Google Calendar, we can NOT check for conflicts in Coworks. Please understand that you are responsible for making sure the correct availability has been considered.
How to set up 2-way Google Calendar sync
To activate the 2-way sync, first go to your integration settings. Go to the Community tab in the admin dashboard, select the "Integrations" option, and then click on "Settings" under Google Calendar.
Next turn on "Automatic Pull."
This will allow Coworks to start pulling in events from Google Calendar.
Make sure your rooms in Coworks are synced with the correct Google Calendars.
In order for this integration to work, all of your Coworks Rooms must be synced to a corresponding Google Calendar. Otherwise, we don't know where to place the bookings in Coworks.
Go to the Rooms tab, click "Edit" for the desired room, and enable the Google Calendar toggle under "Integrations." Then, choose the corresponding Google Calendar for the room from the dropdown.
Once the above is completed, any bookings made in a Google Calendar that is synced to a Coworks room will be reflected in Coworks
Create bookings in Google Calendar to test how they appear in Coworks.
Once the above is completed, any updates or deletions from your synced Google Calendar bookings will also be reflected in Coworks.
NOTE: Recurring Bookings are not supported at this time.
To push bookings from Coworks directly into Google Calendar automatically, make sure the "Push" setting is also activated here.
