How to Update Your Email Notification Preferences

How to manage the email notification settings for your staff account in the Admin Dashboard

Coworks provides several types of notifications to alert you to important events in your space. These notifications range from Sales emails (for things like notifying you of new leads via the "New Tour Signup" and "New Membership Request" forms) or Booking emails (for things like booking overages or booking confirmations).


We try to make sure you and your staff are notified about the important happenings in your space. However, you may not want to receive every email, especially if you have a specific role in the space.

How to change your email notification settings

  1. Click on your name/photo in the top right corner of the staff panel (next to the notifications bell), and select "Preferences" from the dropdown menu.

  2. In the Notifications tab, toggle on the notifications you'd like to receive.

You can control the delivery method (Email, Push, or Text/Sms), as well as the notification types (Announcements, Front Desk Guests, etc.) that you wish to receive.
