Why is there a $0 "Marked Paid" invoice?

Noticing a strange $0 "Marked Paid" invoice that you don't recall creating or manually marking as paid?

When you invoice someone a prorated amount for a later date, Stripe will automatically create a $0 invoice for the current date.

Don't worry! This is not sent to the customer!

Since $0 invoices do not have a transaction associated, Coworks will automatically mark them as paid. The customer will then receive their regular invoice on the date you selected.

If you would like to invoice someone for a prorated amount to start on the current date you're creating a membership, you can use the one-off invoice feature.
