Your members can be one of the greatest assets for you and your space. With Coworks we hope to help you leverage your members to help grow and promote the space.
In this article, you will find a step-by-step guide on how your members can invite their personal contacts to public events at your coworking space using the Coworks Member’s App.
Download the Coworks Member’s App:
To see what your members see in full, ensure you have the Coworks Member’s App installed on your device.
Open the Member’s App:
Launch the app and navigate to the Community tab located at the bottom left of the screen. This tab displays all the community events.
Select a Public Event:

Invite Personal Contacts:
Within the selected event, go to the Engage section.
Click the ‘Invite’ button.
This will generate a unique invite link that is tied to the logged-in member and can be shared with their contacts. You'll notice an "invited by" label in the event rsvp page when coming from a member's custom invite link.
Share the Event:
After clicking the invite button, the link is generated and can be shared with the member's network. Their personal contacts will appear at the bottom of the screen.
You can share the event via text message, email, and various apps such as Facebook or Instagram.
You can also copy the link to share manually.
RSVP and Attendee List:
When your contacts RSVP through the shared public link, they will be added to the event’s attendee list.
Each attendee’s name will be displayed (left-hand side) along with the name of the member who invited them (right-hand side).
As an added bonus, once a guest registers for any of your community's public events, their information will be automatically added as a Contact within your CRM.
By following these steps, your members can easily invite their personal contacts to join and participate in public events, enhancing the community experience at your coworking space.
Happy Coworking!
