The membership agreement feature allows you to block usage of the member app until the member accepts your latest agreement. You can change the agreement as many times as you want, and it will ensure that the member has accepted the latest agreement.
How to set up the Membership Agreement
Go to the Community tab in the admin dashboard.
Select the "Onboarding" section on the left.
You can add your membership agreement in the "Drop your document here" section.

After you update this field, when a member opens the member app, they will be prompted to agree to your new membership agreement before they can use the app. Once the member accepts the terms, it will not prompt them again unless you update the membership agreement or use the "Reset Agreement" option described below.

How to re-trigger the membership agreement for your members
If you want to prompt your members to accept your membership agreement again, you can do so using the "Reset Agreement" option. This is useful if you've updated the membership agreement.
To re-trigger the membership agreement for your members, go to the Membership Agreement section of your Community settings, as outlined above. Then, click on the "Reset Agreement" option to re-trigger the agreement for your members.
