How to prevent bookings in your space from being made too far in advance

Set a maximum time in advance that members and guests can book your space

With the "Maximum time in advance" setting, you can restrict your space from being booked out too far in the future.

How to set a maximum time in advance for bookings

To set this up, head over to your campus settings.

In the "Calendar" section, click "Edit," and set the "Maximum time in advance (in days)" to prevent bookings made too far in the future. For example, a value of 14 would mean no bookings could be made more than 2 weeks in advance.

Click "Save" at the bottom of the page when finished.

When a member or guest tries to book too far in advance, the resource will show as unavailable and/or they will receive a warning letting them know that bookings cannot be made that far in advance.

Note: This will impact both member and guest/external bookings in your space for all of your rooms.
