With Coworks, your members can quickly and easily book rooms in your space. Sometimes it can be valuable to see how busy your space is "right now." This is why we introduced the Mobile Capacity Status Banner feature.
This banner shows your members how full your space is (based off the current bookings over the next 2 hours). We will dynamically calculate the percentage of rooms that have bookings over the next 2 hours to calculate your occupancy percentage. For example: if you have 4 rooms and 2 of them have a booking in the next 2 hours, your occupancy percentage will be at 50%.
Capacity Statuses
By default, the banner will show 3 different statuses (red, green, yellow) based off the occupancy percentage. The statuses are:
Green (less than 50% of rooms have bookings in the next 2 hours)
Yellow (50-74% of rooms have bookings in the next 2 hours)
Red (75% or more of your rooms have bookings in the next 2 hours)
This status is only reflective of availability "right now" (over the next 2 hours), and does not forecast beyond to different days or times.
How to enable the capacity status banner
Head over your campus settings by clicking the gear in top corner of your header in the dashboard.
In the "Calendar" section, you'll find a setting called "Show Capacity Status Banner In Mobile." Turn the toggle to on to enable the banner.
Click the "Save" button at the bottom to save this setting. The capacity banner will now be available to all members in the app.
