Public Booking List
The public booking list is a list of all of the bookings for each bookable room and piece of equipment in your space. This list is publicly shareable, so you can post it on your website if you'd like guests to be able to see the schedule of bookings for the space.
Where to find the public booking list
Go to the Community tab in the admin dashboard.
Click "Website Form" in the options at the top.
Scroll down to the "Calendar" section.
Use the toggle to the right of "Booking List" to enable the public booking list feature.
You can click the "Settings" option to choose whether you'd like members' names to be shown in the public booking list.
Use the "Copy link," "View," or "Embed" options to share the public booking list and host it on your site.
Using the public booking list
On the public booking list, you can filter results by date, room, campus, and whether you'd like to see events or bookings.
You can click the "Details" button next to each result to view more information about any events in the selected room.

On the public booking list, you can see the bookings schedule in a list view, or in a calendar view. Use the calendar and list icons at the top of the page to change the view.
Public booking list privacy settings
By default, member and guest names will be hidden from the public booking list. You can view and adjust this setting by going to the Community tab in the admin dashboard, selecting "Website Forms" from the options at the top, and clicking the "Edit" button under "Booking List."
From here, you can use the toggle to control whether booker's names should be shown in the public booking list. If this is enabled, member names will be hidden, as shown below.
Member contact information such as email address and phone number will always be hidden in the public booking list.
