Steps to Set Up Recurring Bookings
Add a new recurring booking:
Start by navigating to your Admin Dashboard.
Click on your Coworks Calendar on the left-hand side of your screen.
Create a New Booking:
To add a recurring booking, select the option to add a new booking at the top right-hand corner of your screen.
Select 'New' to see a drop-down of booking options (Events, Booking, External)
Choose your preferred booking type.
Set Up the Recurrence Schedule:
Choose the initial date and time for the booking—the point at which your recurring booking will first take place.
After entering the booking details, you will be prompted to select a recurrence schedule. Here, you can choose whether the booking should recur daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.
Specify the Duration of the Recurrence:
Next, select when the recurring booking will repeat (day(s) of the week, day of the month) and end date.
Quick Tip: We recommend limiting recurring bookings to a maximum of one year. Adding a longer recurrence period may impact the load time of your Coworks Calendar.
Finalize the Booking:
Review the details (Date, Time, Recurrence, Meeting Room or Space, Member) and save the booking. Your recurring booking is now set and will automatically appear on your Coworks Calendar.
Managing and Cancelling Recurring Bookings
If you need to cancel a recurring booking, you can choose to cancel a single instance or all future occurrences starting from the selected date.
This feature gives you greater control over bookings and helps you manage changes easily.
By using the recurring bookings feature, you can save time and streamline your scheduling process. Keep in mind that while recurring bookings are convenient, they can also affect your calendar's performance. Therefore, consider limiting long-term recurring bookings where possible.
